By using Aloo you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Private beta features and availability may change; staging may use maintenance or invites.
You must be at least 18 years old. Age is gated at onboarding.
Access is primarily guest authentication bound to device/installation identifiers. Phone, email, and social login are not promised. We may revoke sessions for safety or account deletion.
No harassment, illegal content, CSAM, under-age involvement, bypass of blocks/bans/age gates, unauthorized probing, or impersonation. We may restrict accounts and cooperate with lawful requests.
Matching and chat are provided as-is. Voice/video via LiveKit may be available when enabled. Delivery is best-effort including reconnect catch-up. Reports and blocks may affect matching and chat.
Authorized admins may review limited private content under gated audited modes (report context, investigation, legal hold).
See the Privacy Policy. Account deletion is soft-delete with session revoke, not an immediate wipe of all systems and backups.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES AND LIMIT LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND DATA LOSS.
DEFERRED_FOR_LIMITED_PRIVATE_BETA. Governing law and venue remain intentionally deferred until the final legal entity and jurisdiction are confirmed. Contact support@aloo.live for beta notices.
We may update these Terms; continued use after notice of material updates may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
